*(i)Appeal of Sh. S.N.Shukla- CIC decided the appeal in favour of UPSC.
(ii) Appeal of Sh. Kommula V G K Vara Prasad- the stand taken by UPSC was upheld by the CIC.
(iii)Appeal of Sh. N.M.Chavda- The revised decision of the Commission in matter of providing minutes of SCM proceeding was apprised to the CIC and it was informed that the Commission was willing to furnish the same after applying severability clause. In view of the above submission, the matter was closed by CIC.
