A. EDUCATIONAL : Degree in
Metallurgical Engineering from a recognised University or equivalent.
B. EXPERIENCE : Two years’ experience in a responsible position in the
field of quality assurance/production of aeronautical materials/components,
various composites for military aircraft, aero engines and missile.
Experience in destructive/non-destructive testing, defect
investigations/failure analysis in respect of materials/components for
aeronautical use. DESIRABLE :
i) Certificate course in German or French or Russian.
ii) Second class in (i) above(desirable). DUTIES : Quality
Assurance and inspection of aeronautical stores during production of
aeronautical components, materials(ferrous/non-ferrous alloys, super alloys),
various composites for use in military aircraft, aero engines, missile,
association during destructive/non-destructive testing, failure analysis of
aeronautical materials/components. ANY
OTHER CONDITIONS : Any
member of the service, shall, if so required, be
liable to serve as a Commissioned Officer in the Armed Forces for a
period of not less than four years including the period spent on training, if
any, provided that such officer :- a) shall not be required to serve as

INFORMATION SERVICE, MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND BROADCASTING. Out of the
eighteen posts, two posts are reserved for SC candidates, one post is
reserved for ST candidates & five posts are reserved for OBC candidates. Of
the eighteen posts, one post is
reserved for Physically Handicapped[Low Vision OR Orthopaedically
Handicapped(i.e. one leg affected or one arm affected) OR Partially
Deaf(PD)(persons suffering from Hearing Impairment- who can function with the
help of hearing aid)] candidates belonging to any community. These posts are

MINES, MINISTRY OF MINES. QUALIFICATIONS : ESSENTIAL
: A. EDUCATIONAL :
Degree in Mining Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Chemical
Technology or Metallurgy from a recognized University or Institution or
equivalent. OR Master’s Degree in
Geology, Applied Geology or Ore Dressing or Chemistry or Physics from a
recognised University or Institution or equivalent.
B. EXPERIENCE : Fifteen years’ experience in guiding research
in a well equipped laboratory or pilot plant conducting Ore Dressing or
Mineral beneficiation or Mineral agglomeration work. DESIRABLE :
i) Post-Graduate degree in Engineering subject concerned or Doctorate
Degree in Geology or Chemistry or Physics from a recognized University.
ii) Working knowledge of computer with special emphasis on commonly used
software in office. DUTIES :
Being head of the division, Incumbent is responsible for operation and
performance of Ore Dressing Laboratories and Pilot Plants at Ajmer and Bangalore
and Modern Processing Laboratory and pilot plant at Nagpur.

IN OFFICE OF THE DEVELOPMENT COMMISSIONER, MINISTRY OF
MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES-
DEVELOPMENT ORGANISATION (MSME-DO).
The post is also suitable for Physically Handicapped persons with
“Locomotor disability or cerebral palsy”.
QUALIFICATIONS : ESSENTIAL : A. EDUCATIONAL : Degree
in Metallurgy Engineering from a recognised University/Institute or equivalent.
B. EXPERIENCE : Two years’
experience in supervisory capacity in a
technical/industrial unit in production/testing/inspection of Metallurgy
Engineering products or experience in promotion of Small Scale Industries in
areas of entrepreneurship development and quality control.
DESIRABLE : i) Familiarity
with the latest techniques of production and use of modern machines, equipment process and tools as used in
Metallurgical Industries, and ii) basic knowledge of computers particularly
application side of currently used software/packages for offices. DUTIES : To
advise the Industry on various promotional aspects i.e. providing project
profiles for setting up of small
scale units in the field of metallurgical engineering.
To conduct trainings for Entrepreneurship development & advising the
industry on quality standards, Intellectual Property Rights etc.
Implementation of policies and schemes in regards to development of small
scale sector. To conduct test on
metallurgical products for quality certification.
