Two Senior Scientific Officers Gr.II(Metallurgy) in the Directorate General of
Aeronautical Quality Assurance, Ministry of Defence, Defence Aeronautical
Quality Assurance Service. Out
of two posts, one post is reserved for OBC candidates. Qualifications :
Essential : A. Educational :
Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized University or
equivalent. B. Experience : Two years’ experience in a responsible position in the
field of quality assurance /production of aeronautical materials/component,
various composites for military aircraft, aero engines and missiles.
Experience in destructive/non-destructive testing, defect
investigations/failure analysis in respect of materials/components for
aeronautical use. Desirable :
i) Certificate course in German or French or Russian.
ii) Second class in (i) above. Duties
: Quality Assurance and inspection
of aeronautical stores during production
of aeronautical components,
materials(ferrous/non ferrous alloys, super alloys), various composites for use
in military aircraft, aero-engines, missiles, association during
destructive/non-destructive testing, failure analysis of aeronautical

Two Junior Scientific Officers (Electronics) in the Directorate General of
Aeronautical Quality Assurance, Ministry of Defence, Civilian in Defence
Services. Out of two
posts, one post is reserved for OBC candidates.
Qualifications : Essential :
Educational : Degree in Electronics/Communication Engineering from a
recognized University or equivalent. OR
Master’s Degree in Electronics or in Physics with Electronics as a
special subject from a recognized University or equivalent.
Desirable: Two years’
experience in Quality Assurance or inspection or production or development in
areas of discipline related to aircraft and its accessories.
Duties: Inspection and
Quality Assurance of aeronautical items during development and production, such
as Communication, Radar, Air Navigation, Electronic Test Equipment and

: Degree in Mechanical Engineering
from a recognized University or equivalent.
Desirable : Two years’
experience in quality assurance or inspection or production or development in

Duties : Inspection and
quality assurance of aeronautical items such as aircraft, missiles, air armament

Aeronautical Quality Assurance, Ministry of Defence, Civilian in Defence
Services. Qualifications
: Essential :
Educational : Degree in Electronics / Computer Engineering from a
recognized University or equivalent. OR
Master’s Degree in Electronics/Computer Science/Physics with Computer
Science from a recognized University or equivalent. Desirable :
Two years’ experience in quality assurance or inspection or production
or development in areas of discipline related to aircraft and its accessories.
Duties : Inspection and
quality assurance of aeronautical items during development and production such
as systems and equipment in aircraft, missiles, air armament and other airborne
stores and related ground support equipment. HQ :
In the establishments of DGAQA located all over India.
5.(Ref.No.F.1/237/2009-R-I)
Seven Assistant Professors (Anaesthesia) Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,
Central Health Service(Teaching Specialist Sub-Cadre).
Out of seven posts, one post
is reserved for SC & two posts are reserved for OBC candidates.
Qualifications : Essential : A.
Educational : i)
A recognized Medical
qualification included in the First
or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (Other than licentiate
qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
Holders of Educational Qualifications included in Part II of the Third
Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in Sub-section(3) of
Section 13 of the IMC Act, 1956. ii) Post-Graduate Degree qualification in the concerned
speciality i.e. M.D. (Anaesthesiology) / M.S. (Anaesthesiology) / DA (Two years
course) / FFARCS (by examination) / Speciality Board of Anaesthesiology (USA).
B. Experience : Three years’ Teaching experience as Lecturer /Tutor /
Demonstrator/Registrar /Senior Resident in the concerned speciality after the
requisite post-graduate degree qualification.
NOTE : I: The Medical
qualifications possessed by the candidates should have the recognition of the
Medical Council of India. In case
of medical posts other than Allopathic system of medicine, the qualifications
should be included in the respective Schedule of the Act governing that system
of medicine. The proof thereof may be attached. NOTE :II: In so far as
Post-Graduation Medical qualifications awarded by Indian Universities are
concerned, they should also find a place in the Schedules to Indian Medical
Council Act, 1956, as amended from time to time. In case of medical posts other than allopathic system of
medicine, the qualifications should be included in the respective Schedule of
the Act governing that system of medicine. The proof thereof may be attached.
NOTE : III : The experience gained should be recognized by the MCI or the
statutory body concerned of the system of medicine as valid teaching experience
for teaching posts and certificate therefore or any other valid proof in support
thereof should be submitted.
Teaching experience in any other post like the post of General Duty
Medical Officer/Medical Officer shall not be considered for eligibility purpose
for recruitment to the teaching posts. NOTE-IV: In the case of qualifications in
Super-Specialities (M.Ch./D.M.) except in the case of holders of D.M./M.Ch. of
five years duration, the holders should have obtained M.D.(General Medicine) or
M.S.(General Surgery) or an equivalent qualification as prescribed by the said
council in its recommendations on post graduate medical examination. NOTE-V: In
the case of holder of D.M./M.Ch. qualification of five years duration, the
period of Senior Post graduate residency rendered in the last part of the said
D.M/M.Ch. shall be counted towards requirement of experience. NOTE : VI :
Holders of speciality Board of USA qualifications should complete the
entire requirements of the Board concerned.
NOTE : VII : Completion of
compulsory Rotating Internship
Certificate, Registration Certificate, an official document showing name of
College/Institution from where degree/diploma has been done and official
document showing name of the University and College from where teaching
experience has been gained to be furnished.
Duties:
To impart theoretical and practical instructions to
Under-graduate/Post-graduate medical students.
To conduct and guide research work in the speciality.
To render patient care in the Speciality.
Any other duties that may be assigned by the authorities from time to
time. ANY OTHER CONDITIONS : The other conditions of service will be as laid
down in the CHS Rules, 1996 and other rules in force from time to time in
particular :- (A) Private practice
of any kind whatsoever shall not be allowed including any consultation and
laboratory practice. (B)
The candidate selected will, if so required, be liable to serve in any Defence Service, or post connected
with the Defence of India, for a period of not less than four years including
the period spent in training, if any, provided that such officer:
i) will not be required to
serve as aforesaid after the expiry of 10 years from the date of appointment or
from the date of joining the service. ii)
Will not ordinarily be required to serve as aforesaid after attaining the age of
45 years.
6.(Ref.No.F.1/244/2009-R-II/R-IV)One
Junior Scientific officer in Directorate General of Employment & Training,
Ministry of Labour & Employment.
Qualifications : Essential :
A. Educational : Master’s Degree in Psychology or Education from a
recognized University with papers either in Mental Testing or Educational and
Vocational Guidance and Statistics. B.
Experience : Two years’ experience in the application of Psychological
Techniques of Appraisal of Aptitudes and Interests or Experience in Test
construction. Desirable :
Experience in Aptitude Testing Programme for selection or Guidance OR
Experience of Research in the field of Psychology or Education.
Duties : Development,
modification, adaptation and standardization of Psychological tools to assess
the cognitive and behavioral potentialities of the youth for rendering effective
and meaningful guidance & counseling based on their strengths and
weaknesses. Assisting in organizing
and conducting training courses on utilization of Psychological tools and
techniques and preparing the reports thereon. HQ :
Initially in Delhi but liable to transfer anywhere in India.
7.(Ref.No.F.1/253/2009-R-VI)
One Deputy Ore Dressing Officer in Indian Bureau of Mines, Ministry of Mines.
The post is reserved for OBC candidates.
Qualifications : Essential :
A. Educational : Degree in
Mining Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology or Metallurgy
from a recognized University or Institution or its equivalent ; OR Master’s
degree in Geology or Ore Dressing or Chemistry or Physics from a recognized
University or Institution or its equivalent.
B. Experience: Five years’
experience in well equipped laboratory or Pilot Plant conducting Mineral
beneficiation/Mineral agglomeration including two years in a supervisory
capacity. Desirable:
i) Post-Graduate Degree in Engineering subject concerned Doctorate Degree
in Geology or Physics or Chemistry or Ore Dressing from a recognized University.
ii) Working knowledge of computers with special emphasis on commonly used
software in office. Duties :
Experiments on pilot plant scale in raising the grade of ores and minerals,
preparation of project reports on milling and recovery of ores, minerals and
production of concentrate. Such
other duties as may be assigned to him by the Controller General or any other
officer authorized by him.
8.(Ref.No.F.1/239/2009-R-I)
One Senior Lecturer (Immuno Haematology & Blood Transfusion) in the Govt.
Medical College & Hospital, Chandigarh, Department of Medical Education and
Research, Chandigarh Administration. The post is reserved for OBC
candidates. Qualifications: Essential:
A. Educational: i) A basic University or equivalent qualification
included in any one of the Schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102
of 1956) and must be registered in a State Medical Register or Indian Medical
Register. ii) DM (Immunology) or MD(Immuno Haematology & Blood Transfusion)/M.D(Pathology
or Bacteriology or Haematology) with two years’ teaching experience or special
training in the Department of Immuno Haematology & Blood Transfusion from a
recognized University /Institution or equivalent.
B. Experience: Three
years’ teaching experience in the concerned speciality after acquiring
post-graduate qualification as Lecturer/Registrar/Sr. Resident / Demonstrator /
Tutor in a recognized Medical College/Teaching Institution.
NOTE:
I: The Medical qualifications possessed by the candidates should have the
recognition of the Medical Council of India. In case of medical posts other than
Allopathic system of medicine, the qualifications should be included in the
respective Schedule of the Act governing that system of medicine. The proof
thereof may be attached. NOTE: II: In so far as Post-Graduation Medical

He shall be liable to serve in any of the Rural/Urban Health Centres of the
Chandigarh Administration, if required.
ANY
OTHER CONDITIONS : i) The candidate so appointed shall have to join his/her
duties within one month from the date of issue of appointment letter. ii)
Private practice of any kind, including laboratory and consultant practice, will
be strictly prohibited. iii) The
candidate so appointed in the institute shall not be
allowed to apply for the post for employment outside the Administration
for a period of two years from the
date of joining the post.
9.(Ref.No.F.1/238/2009-R-I)Two
Dental Surgeons in the Government of Puducherry, Health Department.

Qualifications : Essential
: Educational :
i) A qualification included
in Part-I or Part – II of the schedule to the Dentist Act, 1948(16 of 1948).
ii) Should be registered with a Dental Council.

N.B.
The age limit shown against S.
Nos.7 & 8 is relaxed

reserved for them. AGE IS ALSO RELAXABLE FOR CENTRAL/UT GOVT SERVANTS UPTO FIVE
