CANCELLATION
1.(Ref.No.F.1/246/2009-R-II) Two Assistant Directors in Central Fertilizer Quality Control & Training Institute, Faridabad and its regional laboratories under Department of Agriculture & Co-operation(INM Division), Ministry of Agriculture. The posts are reserved for OBC candidates. Qualifications : Essential : A. Educational : Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Agricultural Chemistry or Soil Science from a recognized University or equivalent. B. Experience : Three years’ experience in analytical work in the field of fertilisers. Desirable : i) Doctorate Degree in the relevant subject from a recognized University or equivalent. ii) Knowledge of modern equipment used in the analysis of fertilisers. Duties : To analyse the samples of fertilizers. To impart training on Fertilizer Quality Control. Any other duties as may be prescribed from time to time. HQ : Central Fertiliser Quality Control & Training Institute located at Faridabad and its regional laboratories located at Chennai(TN), Navi Mumbai(Maharashtra) and Kalyani(West Bengal)with liability to serve anywhere in India and abroad.
2.(Ref.No.F.1/292/2009-R-V)One Professor(Electrical & Electronics Engineering) in Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Ministry of Defence(Navy). The post is also suitable for persons with disability viz Orthopaedically Handicapped/Locomotor Disability/Cerebral Palsy with OL(One Leg affected). Qualifications : Essential : Educational : A- For Engineering Discipline : i) Ph.D Degree with the first class degree at Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Mechatronics). ii) Ten years’ experience in teaching/industry/ research out of which five years’ must be at the level of Assistant Professor and/or equivalent. B- For Candidates from Industry and Profession: Master’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Mechatronics) with professional work, which is significant and can be recognized as equivalent to Ph.D Degree and with ten years Industrial/Professional experience of which at least five years’ should be at a senior level comparable to that of Professor would also be eligible. Desirable : Administrative experience in a responsible position. Duties : He/She will be required to conduct classes, develop curriculum, prepare learning resource material, student guidance and counselling and assist students in Laboratory work. Besides, he/she will be required to work in the area of research and consultancy as well as administrative duties as required by the Principal.

The post is also suitable for persons with disability viz Orthopaedically Handicapped/Locomotor Disability/Cerebral Palsy with OL(One Leg affected). Qualifications : Essential : Educational : A- For Engineering Discipline : i) Ph.D Degree with the first class degree at Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the Computer Science Engineering with three years’ experience in Teaching/Industry/Research at the level of Lecturer or equivalent. OR First class Degree at Master’s level in the Computer Science Engineering with five years’ experience in teaching/industry at the level of lecturer or equivalent. Such candidates will be required to obtain Ph.D Degree within a period of seven years’ from the date of appointment as Assistant Professor. B- For Candidates from Industry and Profession : First class Bachelor’s Degree/first class Master’s Degree in the Computer Science Engineering AND professional work which is significant and can be recognized as equivalent to Ph.D Degree with five years’ Industrial/Professional experience would also be eligible. 7.(Ref.No.F.1/268/2009-R-I) Five Assistant Professors (Forensic Medicine), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Central Health Service(Teaching Specialist Sub-Cadre). Out of five posts, one post each is reserved for SC & OBC candidates. Qualifications : Essential : A. Educational : i) A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (Other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in Sub-section(3) of Section 13 of the IMC Act, 1956. ii) Post-Graduate Degree in the concerned speciality i.e. M.D.(Forensic Medicine), M.D.(Pathology), M.D./MRCP in Medicine with Diploma in Forensic Medicine/Diploma in Medical Jurisprudence, Speciality Board of Pathology(USA). B. Experience : At least three years’ teaching experience in the concerned speciality as Lecturer /Tutor / Demonstrator/Registrar /Senior Resident after the requisite post-graduate degree qualification. NOTE : I: The Medical qualifications possessed by the candidates should have the recognition of the Medical Council of India. In case of medical posts other than Allopathic system of medicine, the qualifications should be included in the respective Schedule of the Act governing that system of medicine. The proof thereof may be attached. NOTE :II: In so far as Post-Graduation Medical qualifications awarded by Indian Universities are concerned, they should also find a place in the Schedules to Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, as amended from time to time. In case of medical posts other than Allopathic system of medicine, the qualifications should be included in the respective Schedule of the Act governing that system of medicine. The proof thereof may be attached. NOTE : III : The experience gained should be recognized by the MCI or the statutory body concerned of the system of medicine as valid teaching experience for teaching posts and certificate therefore or any other valid proof in support thereof should be submitted. Teaching experience in any other post like the post of General Duty Medical Officer/Medical Officer shall not be considered for eligibility purpose for recruitment to the teaching posts. NOTE-IV: In the case of qualifications in Super-Specialities (M.Ch./D.M.) except in the case of holders of D.M./M.Ch. of five years duration, the holders should have obtained M.D.(General Medicine) or M.S.(General Surgery) or an equivalent qualification as prescribed by the said council in its recommendations on post graduate medical examination. NOTE-V: In the case of holder of D.M./M.Ch. qualification of five years duration, the period of Senior Post graduate residency rendered in the last part of the said D.M/M.Ch. shall be counted towards requirement of experience. NOTE : VI : Holders of speciality Board of USA qualifications should complete the entire requirements of the Board concerned. NOTE : VII : Completion of compulsory Rotating Internship Certificate, Registration Certificate, an official document showing name of College/Institution from where degree/diploma has been done and official document showing name of the University and College from where teaching experience has been gained to be furnished. Duties: To impart theoretical and practical instructions to Under-graduate/Post-graduate medical students. To conduct and guide research work in the speciality. To render patient care in the Speciality. Any other duties that may be assigned by the authorities from time to time. ANY OTHER CONDITIONS : The other conditions of service will be as laid down in the CHS Rules, 1996 and other rules in force from time to time in particular :- (A) Private practice of any kind whatsoever shall not be allowed including any consultation and laboratory practice. (B) The candidate selected will, if so required, be liable to serve in any Defence Service, or post connected with the Defence of India, for a period of not less than four years including the period spent in training, if any ; provided that such officer: i) will not be required to serve as aforesaid after the expiry of 10 years from the date of appointment or from the date of joining the service. ii) Will not ordinarily be required to serve as aforesaid after attaining the age of 45 years.
8.(Ref.No.F.1/274/2009-R-I)Six Assistant Professors (Radio-Diagnosis) in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central Health Service in the Teaching Specialist Sub-cadre. Out of six posts, one post each is reserved for SC,ST & OBC candidates. Qualifications: Essential: A. Educational: i) Same as in Item No.7 at EQ(i) above. ii) Post-Graduate Degree qualification in the concerned speciality i.e. M.D.(Radio-Diagnosis),DMRD or equivalent diploma of two years duration. B. Experience : At least three years’ teaching experience in the concerned speciality as Lecturer /Tutor / Demonstrator/Registrar /Senior Resident after the requisite post-graduate degree qualification. NOTE: I to VII, DUTIES & ANY OTHER CONDITIONS : Same as in Item No. 7 above.
9.(Ref.No.F.1/267/2009-R-IV) Twenty Education Officers/Assistant Directors of Education in the Directorate of Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi. Out of twenty posts, one post is reserved for SC candidates, two posts are reserved for ST candidates & seven posts are reserved for OBC candidates. The posts are also suitable for Physically Handicapped [Blind or Low Vision/Orthopaedically Handicapped /Locomotor disability/Cerebral Palsy(One Arm Affected or One Leg Affected or Both Legs Affected)] candidates. Qualifications: Essential: A. Educational: i) At least second class Master’s degree of a recognized University or equivalent in Humanities or Science. ii) Degree/Diploma in Teaching/Education from a recognized University/Institution. B. Experience: Ten years’ experience of teaching and/or educational administration, including at least three years’ in a responsible administrative capacity. Desirable : i) Experience as an Inspecting Officer in the field of education. ii) Knowledge of Hindi. Duties : Administrative function and over all control on the Govt. Sr Sec. School under the Govt. of NCT of Delhi. HQ : Liable to serve anywhere under the Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
