4.(Ref.No.F.1/276/2009-R-I) Three Assistant Professors (Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central Health Service in the Teaching Specialist Sub-Cadre.  Out of three posts, one post is reserved for OBC candidates.    Qualifications :  Essential :  A. Educational :  i)   A recognized Medical qualification  included in the First or the Second Schedule  or Part II of the Third Schedule (Other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.  Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in Sub-section(3) of Section 13 of the IMC Act, 1956.   ii) Post-Graduate Degree in the concerned speciality i.e. M.D. in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation/Diploma in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation given by National Board of Examination/Two years diploma course in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation after MD(Medicine) / MS (Surgery) / MD (Paediatrics) / MS(Orthopaedics) or any other equivalent qualification.  B. Experience : At least three years’ teaching experience in the concerned speciality as Lecturer /Tutor / Demonstrator/Registrar /Senior Resident after the requisite post-graduate degree qualification.   NOTE : I: The Medical qualifications possessed by the candidates should have the recognition of the Medical Council  of India. In case of medical posts other than Allopathic system of medicine, the qualifications should be included in the respective Schedule of the Act governing that system of medicine. The proof thereof may be attached. NOTE :II: In so far as Post-Graduation Medical qualifications awarded by Indian Universities are concerned, they should also find a place in the Schedules to Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, as amended from time to time.  In case of medical posts other than Allopathic system of medicine, the qualifications should be included in the respective Schedule of the Act governing that system of medicine. The proof thereof may be attached. NOTE : III : The experience gained should be recognized by the MCI or the statutory body concerned of the system of medicine as valid teaching experience for teaching posts and certificate therefore or any other valid proof in support thereof  should be submitted.  Teaching experience in any other post like the post of General Duty Medical Officer/Medical Officer shall not be considered for eligibility purpose for recruitment to the teaching posts. NOTE-IV: In the case of  qualifications in Super-Specialities (M.Ch./D.M.) except in the case of holders of D.M./M.Ch. of five years duration, the holders should have obtained M.D.(General Medicine) or M.S.(General Surgery) or an equivalent qualification as prescribed by the said council in its recommendations on post graduate medical examination. NOTE-V: In the case of holder of D.M./M.Ch. qualification of five years duration, the period of Senior Post graduate residency rendered in the last part of the said D.M/M.Ch. shall be counted towards requirement of experience. NOTE : VI :  Holders of speciality Board of USA qualifications should complete the entire requirements of the Board concerned.  NOTE : VII :  Completion of compulsory  Rotating Internship Certificate, Registration Certificate, an official document showing name of College/Institution from where degree/diploma has been done and official document showing name of the University and College from where teaching experience has been gained to be furnished.     Desirable :  Two years’ experience in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation after the Post-graduate Degree/Diploma.  Duties:  To impart theoretical and practical instructions to Under-graduate/Post-graduate medical students.  To conduct and guide research work in the specialty.  To render patient care in the Specialty.  Any other duties that may be assigned by the authorities from time to time. ANY OTHER CONDITIONS : The other conditions of service will be as laid down in the CHS Rules, 1996 and other rules in force from time to time in particular :-  (A) Private practice of any kind whatsoever shall not be allowed including any consultation and laboratory practice.  (B)  The candidate selected will, if so required,  be liable to serve in any Defence Service, or post connected with the Defence of India, for a period of not less than four years including the period spent in training, if any ; provided that such officer:  i)  will not be required to serve as aforesaid after the expiry of 10 years from the date of appointment or from the date of joining the service.  ii) Will not ordinarily be required to serve as aforesaid after attaining the age of 45 years.

5.(Ref.No.F.1/321/2009-R-I) Seven Specialists, Grade-II (Junior Scale) (Ophthalmology), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central Health Service, Non-Teaching Specialist Sub-Cadre.  Out of seven posts, one post is reserved for Scheduled Castes candidates and remaining six posts are reserved for OBC candidates.     Qualifications :  Essential :  A. Educational :  i)  Same as in Item No.4 at EQ(i) above.     ii) Post-Graduate Degree qualification  in the concerned speciality i.e. M.S(Ophthalmology), MD(Ophthalmology), Speciality Board of the Surgery(USA), P.G. Diploma i.e. D.O./D.O.M.S.  B. Experience: Three years’  experience in the concerned Speciality after obtaining Post-graduate degree or five years’ experience after obtaining the Post-graduate diploma.  Duties :  To conduct and guide research work in the speciality. 6.(Ref.No.F.1/15/2010-R-IV) One Assistant Director(Hindi Typewriting & Hindi Stenography) in the Central Hindi Training Institute, Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Official Language.  The post is also suitable for Physically Handicapped[ Partially Blind or Low Vision OR Orthopaedically Handicapped/Locomotor Disability/Cerebral Palsy[One Leg affected (Right or Left)] candidates.    Qualifications :  Essential :  A. Educational :  i) Bachelor’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent with Hindi as one of the compulsory subjects or with Hindi medium, OR Bachelor’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent with Hindi as one of the compulsory subjects at intermediate level or with additional Hindi qualification equivalent to Prabhakar, Sahitya Ratan, etc.  ii) Proficiency in Hindi Stenography with the speed of 100 words per minute in Hindi Shorthand and 40 words per minute in Hindi  typewriting.  iii) One year Diploma/Certificate course in Hindi Typewriting and Hindi Stenography conducted by Industrial Training Institutes or other Institution under the aegis of the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT). B. Experience:  Five years’ experience in Hindi Stenography including Hindi Typewriting.  Desirable :  Two years’ experience in organising classes in Hindi Stenography including Hindi Typewriting in a recognized Institution.  Duties :  To impart training in Hindi Typewriting & Stenography to Central Govt. 14.(Ref.No.F.1/31/2010-R-VI) One Assistant Mining Engineer in Indian Bureau of Mines, Ministry of Mines.     Qualifications : Essential :  A. Educational : Degree in Mining Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.  OR Diploma(three years course after Matriculation) in Mining Engineering.  B. Experience :  Two years’ experience in Mining preferably in important under-ground Mines for degree holders and five years for Diploma holders in Mining Engineering.   Desirable :  i) Some experience in Mining in the case of Degree holders in Mining Engineering.  ii) Working knowledge of computers with special emphasis on commonly used software in offices.  Duties :  Inspection of Mines for systematic development, conservation of minerals and protection of Mines environment under the Mines and Minerals(Development and Regulation) Act,1957 and rules made there under.  To assist senior officers in inspection, field work, and report preparation.  Technical data processing and retrieval as and when required. 17.(Ref.No.F.1/328/2009-R-V) Two Professors(Electronics & Communication Engineering) in Ambedkar Institute of Technology under Department of Training & Technical Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi.  Out of the two posts, one post is reserved for OBC candidates.  The posts are also suitable for persons with disability viz Orthopaedically Handicapped/Locomotor Disability/Cerebral Palsy with OA(One Arm affected)/ OL[One Leg affected(Right or Left)].     Qualifications :  Essential :   Educational :  A-i) Ph.D Degree with first class Degree at Bachelor’s or Master’s level in Electronics & Communication Engineering/Technology from a recognized University or equivalent.  ii) Ten years’ experience in teaching/industry/research, out of which five years must be at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent.   OR   B – Candidates from industry/profession with Master’s Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering/Technology and professional work which is significant and can be recognized as equivalent to Ph.D Degree and with ten years’ industrial/professional experience out of which at least five years should be at senior level comparable to that of Assistant Professor would also be eligible.  NOTE :  If a Class/Division is not awarded at B.E./B.Tech., M.E./M.Tech/equivalent degree, a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate shall be considered equivalent to First Class/Division.  If a grade point system is adopted CGPA will be converted to equivalent marks and minimum CGPA shall be 6.75 in the scale of 10.  Duties :  To teach and guide students project and research in the subject of Electronics & Communication Engineering, Planning and Development of the Department. 18.(Ref.No.F.1/327/2009-R-V)Three Professors(Computer Science  & Engineering) in Ambedkar Institute of Technology under Department of Training & Technical Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi.  Out of the three posts, one post is reserved for OBC candidates.  The posts are also suitable for persons with disability viz Orthopaedically Handicapped/Locomotor Disability/Cerebral Palsy with OA(One Arm affected)/ OL[One Leg affected(Right or Left)].     Qualifications :  Essential :   Educational :  A-i) Ph.D Degree with first class Degree at Bachelor’s or Master’s level in Computer Science & Engineering/Technology from a recognized University or equivalent.  ii) Ten years’ experience in teaching/industry/research, out of which five years must be at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent.   OR   B – Candidates from industry/profession with Master’s Degree in Computer Science & Engineering/Technology and professional work which is significant and can be recognized as equivalent to Ph.D Degree and with ten years’ industrial/professional experience out of which at least five years should be at senior level comparable to that of Assistant Professor would also be eligible.  NOTE -I  If a Class/Division is not awarded at B.E./B.Tech., M.E./M.Tech/equivalent degree, a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate shall be considered equivalent to First class/Division.  If a grade point system is adopted CGPA will be converted to equivalent marks and minimum CGPA shall be 6.75 in the scale of 10.  NOTE –II : In the discipline of Computer Science & Engineering/Technology, in lieu of first class at Bachelor’s and/or Master’s level, in the Computer Science & Engineering/Technology, a first class Master’s Degree in Computer Science & Engineering/Technology together with the first class Bachelor’s degree in any area of Engineering/Technology will be acceptable.  Duties :  To teach and guide students project and research in the subject of Computer Science and  Engineering, Planning and Development of the Department. N.B.   The age limit shown against S.Nos.9,10 & 11 is relaxed age limit for OBC candidates.  The age limit shown against S.No.13 is relaxed age limit for SC candidates.
