Experience:  Should have been a member of a State Judicial Service for a period of not less than seven years.  OR Should have been a person who has held a superior post in the Legal Department of a State for not less than seven years.  OR Should  have been a  Central Govt. servant who has had experience in Legal Affairs for not less than  seven years.  OR Should have been a person who possess a Master’s Degree in Law and has had teaching or research experience in Law for not less than five years.  OR Should have been a person who is a qualified Legal practitioner of not less than 30 years of age. 9.(Ref.No.F.1/72/2010-R-VI) One Deputy Director(Weaving) in Weavers Service Centre under Office of Development Commissioner for Handlooms, Ministry of Textiles.   Qualifications :  Essential :  A. Educational : Degree in Textile Technology of a recognized University or Institution or equivalent  OR Diploma in Handloom Technology of a recognized Institution or equivalent. B. Experience :  Seven years’ experience(nine years in the case of diploma holders in Handloom Technology) in a textile weaving production establishment or institute out of which at least two years’ should have been in handlooms.  Desirable :  i) Knowledge of Handloom Weaving machinery and Handloom products.  ii) Adequate Knowledge of various handloom industries in the country.  Duties :  To be incharge of Weavers’ Service Centre  and attend to all administrative work as and when required.  Supervise the day-to-day work of Weaving Section of the Centre.  To undertake development work relating to production of new fabrics suitable for domestic & export market and offer technical advice to handloom industry on preparatory and weaving processes including usage of improved appliances.

Qualifications :  Essential : A. Educational : i) Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.  ii) Familiarity with places of tourist interest in India and with History and Culture of India. B. 11.(Ref.No.F.1/103/2010-R-VI) Two posts of Driller-in-Charge in the Central Ground Water Board, Ministry of Water Resources.  Qualifications :  Essential :  Educational :  A – i) Bachelor’s Degree in Drilling / Mining / Mechanical /Civil /Electrical Engineering / Petroleum Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent; and ii) One year’s experience in operation and maintenance of drilling rigs;  OR  B- i) Diploma in Drilling / Mining / Mechanical /Civil /Electrical / Petroleum Engineering from a recognized University or Institution or equivalent; and ii) Five years’ experience in operation and maintenance of drilling rigs.  Duties : He will be overall in-Charge of Rig Unit,  Vehicles, Equipments and staff  attached with it in the field.  He will guide the drilling staff for successful completion of all the operations and adopt safety measures on the work side. He is responsible for operation, maintenance and upkeep of rig, equipment and vehicles deployed under him and their efficient and economic utilization. Timely submission of periodical reports and maintenance of store accounts, maintenance of log books and history sheets of equipments.  Responsible for  Administrative and Accounts works of the unit in the field.

13.(Ref.No.F.1/135/2010-R-II) One Pharmaceutical Chemist in the Central Drugs Laboratory, Kolkota, Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.  Qualifications :  Essential : A. Educational :  Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry or Organic Chemistry or Pharmacy of a recognized University or equivalent.  B. Experience : Five years experience in research, testing and standardization of drugs with publications out of which not less than two years’ should be in testing and standardization of drugs and pharmaceutical substances. Educational : Master’s degree in Chemistry / Bio-Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Pharmacy / Pharmacology of a recognized University or equivalent. B. Experience : Three years’ of experience in Bio-assay of Drugs or Chemical and Physio-Chemical Testing of Drugs. 15.(Ref.No.F.1/109/2010-R-I) Four Assistant Professors in Nephrology in the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Central Health Service(Teaching Specialist Sub-Cadre). Out of the four posts, one post is reserved for OBC candidates.  Qualifications :  Essential :  A. Educational :  i)   An MBBS Qualification  recognized by Medical Council of India  included in the First or the  Second Schedule  or Part II of the Third Schedule (Other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.  Holders of Educational Qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in Sub-section(3) of Section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. ii) Post-graduate Degree qualification in the concerned super-speciality i.e. D.M. (Nephrology) mentioned in Section-A of Schedule-VI or equivalent. B. Experience :  Three years’ teaching experience as Senior Resident / Tutor / Demonstrator/Registrar  in the concerned Super-speciality in a recognized teaching Institution after obtaining the first post-graduate  degree.   NOTE : I: The Medical qualifications possessed by the candidates should have the recognition of the Medical Council  of India. The proof thereof may be attached. NOTE :II: In so far as Post-Graduation Medical qualifications awarded by Indian Universities are concerned, they should also find a place in the Schedules to Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, as amended from time to time. The proof thereof may be attached. NOTE : III : Holders of speciality Board of USA qualifications should complete the entire requirements of the Board concerned.  NOTE-IV: Completion of compulsory  Rotating Internship Certificate, Registration Certificate, an official document showing name of College/Institution from where degree/diploma has been done and official document showing name of the University and College from where teaching experience has been gained to be furnished.  NOTE : V : The experience gained should be recognized by the MCI or the statutory body concerned with  the system of medicine as valid teaching experience for teaching posts and certificate  therefor or any other valid proof in support thereof  should be submitted.  Teaching experience in any other post like the post of General Duty Medical Officer/Medical Officer shall not be considered for eligibility purpose for recruitment to the teaching posts. NOTE : VI :  In the case of qualifications in Super-Specialities (M.Ch./D.M.) except in the case of holders of D.M./M.Ch. of five years duration, the holders should have obtained M.D.(General Medicine) or M.S.(General Surgery) or an equivalent qualification as prescribed by the said council in its recommendations on post graduate medical examination. NOTE-VII: In the case of holder of D.M./M.Ch. qualification of five years duration, the period of Senior Post Graduate residency rendered in the last part of the said D.M/M.Ch. shall be counted towards requirement of experience.  Duties:  To impart theoretical and practical instructions to Under-graduate/Post-graduate medical students.  To conduct and guide research work in the speciality.  To render patient care in the Speciality.  Any other duties that may be assigned by the authorities from time to time. ANY OTHER CONDITIONS : The other conditions of service will be as laid down in the CHS Rules, 1996 and other rules in force from time to time in particular :-  (A) Private practice of any kind whatsoever shall not be allowed including any consultation and laboratory practice.  (B)  The candidate selected, if so required, shall be liable to serve in any Defence Service or post connected with the Defence of India, for a period of not less than four years including the period spent in training, if any,  provided that such officer shall not :  i)   be required to serve as aforesaid after the expiry of 10 years from the date of appointment or from the date of joining the service.  ii) ordinarily be required to serve as aforesaid after attaining the age of 45 years.
