1.(Vacancy No.10101901509) One Extension Officer in the Directorate of Extension, Department of Agriculture, Ministry of Agriculture. Qualifications: Essential: A. Educational: Master’s degree in Agriculture / Agricultural Extension / any of the Agricultural Sciences from a recognized University or equivalent or MBA with B.Sc(Agriculture) from a recognized Institute or equivalent or Master’s Degree in Rural Management from a recognized Institute or equivalent. 2.(Vacancy No.10101902209) One Scientist SB(Mechanical), National Test House in Department of Consumer Affairs, Kolkata, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution. The post is reserved for OBC candidates. Qualifications : Essential : A. Educational : Master’s degree in Physics(Pure / Applied) or degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent. B. Experience : Three years’ experience in testing of engineering materials / products or in precision measurements / metrology in a recognized laboratory or institute. Desirable : Research and Development experience in Mechanical testing of engineering materials and metrology. Duties : Scientist SB (Mechanical) is overall in-charge of the laboratory and assists in purchasing of instruments etc. for laboratory. He is also responsible for scrutiny of the samples in the light of prescribed guidelines and authorized to seek any clarification from the claimant relating to test before marking the same to Scientific Officer / Assistant for testing. He is responsible for checking the draft Report submitted by Scientific Officer / Assistant and also sign on the final test Report on behalf of D.G. Educational : Master’s degree in Law with specialization in the field of International Law and / or International Relations or International Organizations of a recognized University or equivalent. B. The post is reserved for OBC candidates. The post is also suitable for Physically Handicapped persons viz Orthopaedically Handicapped / Locomotor Disability / Cerebral Palsy with OA(One Arm) affected. Qualifications : Essential : A. Duties : To visit Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and advise their supervisory staff and workers about different problems, suggest improved techniques of production, quality standards and method of working, conduct entrepreneurship development programmes & tests for quality certification in the field of metal finishing technology. 6.(Vacancy No.10101906609) Two Deputy Controller of Mines in Indian Bureau of Mines, Ministry of Mines. Out of two posts, one post is reserved for SC candidates. Qualifications : Essential : A. Educational : Degree in Mining Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent. B. Duties : The Specialist (Gynaecology) is directly responsible for health hazards of female employees of FBP and Female family members of FBP staff & CISF staff posted in FBP including out door and indoor patients and to assist the Chief Medical Officer and Medical officers in attending the patients. Qualifications : Essential : Educational : A-i) Degree in Actuarial Science from a recognized University or equivalent. ii) Two years’ experience on the job in the relevant field. 14.(Vacancy No. 10101914109) One Professor Hospital Administration cum-Medical Superintendent in the Government Medical College & Hospital, Chandigarh, Department of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh Administration. Qualifications: Essential: A. Educational: i) A basic University qualification included in any one of the Schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) and must be registered in a State Medical Register or Indian Medical Register. ii) M.D. (Health Administration) / MD (Hospital Administration) / M.D.(Community Health Administration). B. Experience: Ten years’ experience in the profession after acquiring post graduate qualification, out of which four years’ should be as Reader / Associate Professor in Health Administration / Community Medicine / Social & Preventive Medicine / Hospital Administration in a recognized Medical College. NOTE: I: The Medical qualifications possessed by the candidate should have the recognition of the Medical Council of India. In case of medical posts other than Allopathic system of medicine, the qualifications should be included in the respective Schedule of the Act governing that system of medicine. NOTE: II: In so far as Post-Graduation Medical qualifications awarded by Indian Universities are concerned, they should also find a place in the Schedules to Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, as amended from time to time. NOTE: III: The experience gained should be recognized by the MCI or the statutory body concerned with the system of medicine as valid teaching experience for teaching posts and certificate therefor or any other valid proof in support thereof should be submitted. Teaching experience in any other post like the post of General Duty Medical Officer/Medical Officer shall not be considered for eligibility purpose for recruitment to the teaching posts. NOTE : IV : Completion of compulsory Rotating Internship Certificate, Registration Certificate, an official document showing name of College/Institution from where degree/diploma has been done and official document showing name of the University and College from where teaching experience has been gained to be furnished. Desirable : Minimum of four Research publications in index Medicus / National Journals and one Research Publications in International Journal. ii)Administrative Experience. Duties: Teaching the under-graduate (MBBS) and Post-graduate students in the Govt. Medical College & Hospital Chandigarh & providing other clinical services in the attached teaching hospital besides looking after the administrative affairs of Hospital Administration. HQ: The official will be required to serve in Govt. Medical College & Hospital, Chandigarh. ANY OTHER CONDITIONS: i) The candidate so appointed shall have to join his duties within one month from the date of issue of appointment letter. ii) Private practice of any kind, including laboratory and consultant practice will be strictly prohibited. iii) The candidate so appointed shall not be allowed to apply for the post for employment outside the Chandigarh Administration for a period of two years from the date of joining the post.

15.(Vacancy No. 10101915109) Eight Specialists, Grade – II (Junior Scale), in Radio-Diagnosis, Health Secretariat, Govt. of Puducherry. Out of eight posts, one post(temporary) is reserved for SC candidates & two posts(one permanent and one temporary) are reserved for OBC candidates. The posts are also suitable for Physically Handicapped persons with Locomotor disability of not more than 50% as follows i) Amputation :- Total impairment up to 40% but limited to 20% in each limb. ii) There should be functional thumb, index finger and middle finger on both upper limbs. iii) There should be no disability in terms of loss of movement of joints other than fingers and toes. iv) The loss of muscle power should not be more than 20% and v) There should be no disability in terms of sensory loss or coordination of limbs. Holders of Educational Qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in Sub-section(3) of Section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. ii) Post –graduate Degree / Diploma in the concerned speciality i.e M.D(Radio-Diagnosis) / DMRD or equivalent Diploma of two years duration / DMRD or equivalent Diploma of one year duration. NOTE : The persons who have done their M.D. in Radiology or Diploma in Radiology before 1985 will also be eligible to apply to the post. B. Experience : Three years’ experience in the concerned speciality after obtaining the post-graduate degree or five years’ experience after obtaining the Post-Graduate Diploma. NOTE : I : The Medical qualifications possessed by the candidate should have the recognition of the Medical Council of India. In case of medical posts other than Allopathic system of medicine, the qualifications should be included in the respective Schedule of the Act governing that system of medicine.
